African Spies

This mod reskins the UI portraits for the spies commanded by the Egyptian, Kushite, and Masaesyli factions to have a more appropriate African appearance. This means that when you go to recruit new spies as one of these three factions, all your candidates will look African.

Unfortunately, spies already on the map when you start the game don't seem to be affected. Will see if I can fix this later...
