Description
The lightsaber of Kyle Katarn from JK2:Jedi Outcast

Kyle Katarn: I'm no Jedi, I'm just a guy with a lightsaber and a few questions.
Bartender: Of course, many peoples have them.
Kyle Katarn: Lightsabers?
Bartender: Questions.

Includes:
  • A lightsaber
  • Bones for buttons
  • Skin to disable cubemaps

I made this model some time ago but since Blue updated his PBR workflow, I decided to share it with the rest of sfm community. I hope to see some nice posters with it since there aren't many good lightsaber models out there >_>

It utilizes BlueFlytrap's 34c metalness workflow for SFM.

I recommend to tone down or completely disable bloom because highlights get really bright on this one. Additionally, I encourage to use few dim shadowless lights on it for cubemaps to appear brighter.

I've also thrown in another skin variant if you wish to disable cubemaps easily, without going into the vmt. You're welcome.

Nope, only a hilt. You can get particles for blade from workshop though.

While it's super cool to have something or someone from the OG trilogy films, it's nice to have something from the now lost "Legends" canon that was super hype for what they were and Kyle was no exception.
