Made as a cheat for quick cash. Restaurant produces no smells or noise. Receives lots of buzz.

+25000 Daily Rent (needs 3-5 customers to be profitable)

Thanks for this. Looks adorable.

As for getting too much cash from rent. Like loridyann said, lower the rent.
At least this way you get the choice for players that want to make money and/or want a nice looking shop. If players don't then lower rent to 25%. More choices.

Adjust the rent rate down if you think it is too high.
