Chewy's NSC 2.2.x Downscaled Ships Patch

Description
Knocks down the size of all vanilla ships + humanoid ships when using NSC, does NOT work with Apocalypse Titans, I dont have that DLC.

Wide Fleet Formation mod strongly recommended, NSC and Downscaled Ships required. Please let me know if anything looks out of place at their current scale.

Any plans on getting Apocalypse so we can use that DLC with out the Titans looking stupid big?
