1. Police Stations added to every city in game currently.
As a police officer you need to work your way up, acquire a weapon license. Work hard, study law enforcement, get certificates, then one day you may just be able to run the station.

2. City Hall now has high paying jobs for your hard earned experiance.
City Hall importance is raised by these new jobs, that require you to know alot and having studied various topics, perhaps you're fit to become Mayor, or as I like to call it City Manager.

3. Criminal career, which you progress in mysterious ways, let's see how high the top is!
(Probably needs more balancing, but entry level is how it is. Life or death, it'll get easier the further you progress. I plan to change it so it would blend in with the overall game balance.)

4. Start your own criminal organization at the end of the ladder.

Due to me not being sure how this will work with other mods right now, it would be advised not to use any for optimal gameplay. (IE you having another police mod etc.)

I will probably continue updating this, unless something comes up. So throw in your suggestions.
