Release the Muffs

Description
For some reasons I don't know Muffalos can't be trained in release anymore. While watching disnofs stream I saw him getting annoyed because of this, so I created this mod that changes the trainability of Muffalos to "Intermediate".

This mod can be added to existing saves.
If removed from a save game, the Muffalos can be released until their "Release" training decays.

If there are bugs or any issues please report them.
