I'd imagine the situation to be something like this:
The counter-terrorists are holding a bbq out in nowhere, next to some abandoned apartments. Later the terrorists coincidentally drive by and decide to ruin their day

It's 5v5, with 7 different weapons at each spawn. (I don't know if it's just on my PC but when I put the Shader Detail above medium, the decals look really bad)
