Low density residential building with 15 homes with RICO mod. Its named a Fraternity House but obviously, it's just a big house and can be used as a mansion, nursing home, apartments, etc.

If you are going to do a Delta House Frat House, you really need to make it look a lot like the Frat House in the "Animal House" movie.
Maybe talk to someone at Paradox the see about licensing the music as well.
I mean it's not like you don't know anyone, right?

When I wrote my first comment I just wanted to throw something out in the spur of the moment.

Really cool assets by the way you really have a way with creating good stuff. New Buildings like these are what will make this (in my opinion) lesser tier DLC worth it.

@▒░ Sgt. Panther ░▒ yeah, it never crossed my mind to re-upload assets to integrate the Campus DLC functionality. Of course I'm saying this as my last 2 assets are re-uploaded assets to integrate the Campus DLC functionality. so obviously I'm being sarcastic.

Yeah sorry, I just see a lot of people contribute really cool assets to the Workshop and then once a DLC comes along that would be perfect to integrate them into, a lot of the time they just sit there feeling like relics.
