Archers - Master Eagle Eye

The Archers Eagle Eye Perk now provides 2 additional ranks, plus an Eagle Eye Focus ability at the 2nd rank to help compensate for the increased effort.

Eagle Eye: Student: More extensive training provides roughly +12% to +20% increase to zoom over standard Eagle Eye.

Eagle Eye: Master: Intense concentration and training provides roughly +40% increase to zoom over standard Eagle Eye.

Marksman of 50 and 65 are required to use these new levels. Although the concentration is elevated for these new ranks, the Eagle Eye Focus ability provides a +4% stamina regeneration as a result of such intense training, helping to compensate.

Student-level provides a nice increase and can help ID targets among other factors. Master-level puts your view right down the arrow for concentrated, focused sniping or scouting. No changes are made to the accuracy or method Skyrim uses for alignment of reticle to target.

So with Master Eagle Eye and no crappy auto aim, plus a max distance snipe ini tweak I noted in the comment, you can put an arrow through a target from a gigantic distance. I run a ton of mods including many that add many more creatures to the world so I regularly hunt all over the place, at huge distances, including interupting creature and npc battles with arrows through their skulls from ... well, they never know, actually.
