Something I made in like 2 minutes.

If you're a melee freak like me then you might wanna check this out.

What this does: Slightly increase perfect block time (the number is randomized between 0.5 and 0.8) and removes shield cooldown so you can bring your shield up whenever you want. Multiplayer compatible, probably.

What this does not do: Makes you a competent melee player and block every hit.

Planned stuff:
Adding support for Uncommon Shields and Stolte Inc's Shields.

Dunno if this had been done before but screw it :/
