Children of Sheogorath - New Race

This is a WIP that brings a new playable race into the picture based on the mad prince himself. This race comes complete with unique abilities, powers, armor based on Sheogorath, and a merchant.

The abilities added are a lesser power and two greater powers. Note that these abilities are slightly overpowered for early in the game, but by mid and late game they are much more in sync.
*The Lesser Power is a modified script based on the Wabbajack and brings some random goodness to the fight.
*One Greater Power allows you to call on your father for some assistance and you know he always brings a friend to the party.
*The other Greater Power makes you look like a ghost (for fun) and makes you completely absorb hostile magic. However to balance this, it also paralyses you for a short time as well.

The armor is based on the set that Sheogorath himself wears and comes in two version. The first is found just outsid of the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood and is the equal in armor stats as Elven armor. The other version can be crafted once you gain the "Advanced Armors" perk and can be found as "Leather" armor and is equal to Glass armor in stats. Both can be upgraded at the workbench for the right material price.

Finally, a merchant was added and is a Child of Sheogorath as well. Currently he is just a regular merchant with a decent stock of gold. He was added primarily to allow for me to expand on this Mod with some quests.
