TTT - Added Defibrillator with modifications to prevent possible benefits

Things changed with the swep consist of :
- Made the swep delete on player death
- Made the swep not able to be dropped to another player
- Made it so that you can only revive identified bodies
- Made it so you can only revive fellow traitor buddies
- Replaced the icon of the swep with a default icon used by Garry's Mod to prevent user downloads

The purpose of the swep is for traitors to be able to revive a identified traitor buddy ( traitors only ( prevents innocents from ghosting the traitors to the alive players ) ) that has been marked as traitor so once revived everyone will know they're a traitor via scoreboard and then they have to attempt to kill as many Innocents as they can before they get shot
