Changes made: All diamonds blocks removed, pool room changed to glass, All wall art removed, LED and Roof lights Removed, Roof changed to update CreativeWho Tardis Blueprint. Little here and there block changes.

Edits that will need to be fix:
* Random mineral water in areas. *Ice generator water needs to be changed to plan water to turn in to ice.

I decided to make the ledges along the asphalt in the pool room at the top, a library also. I love this build - moved all of my teleports to here! Thanks for a great design.
