2700 m/s dV once in orbit at 120km.
Keep a 15° ascent as long as you are under 420m/s then raise to 20°.
Start nuclear engines at 18km. Switch rapiers at 30km then aim prograde. Cut off rapiers when AP is 70km.
You should have 2700m/s of dV left when circularized at 120km.

Don't pitch up too much on the ground or you will break you engines.

Optimal crew is 1 Pilot 1 Engineer and 2 Scientists
