XP Overhaul (SFO,Radious,CTT)

Description
I made this mod to overhaul different things arround XP for units in WH2.
There were always some things I didn't liked even with the mods I've found
so far. Then I thought I'm maybe not the only one ;)

Compatibility
It's highly compatible, should work with anything (Vanilla,SFO,Radious,CTT etc.)

Features (Player and AI):

Increased XP needs for each rank
by 50% compared to Vanilla
-Rank1: 1500
-Rank2: 3500
-Rank3: 6000
-Rank4: 9000
-Rank5: 12500
-Rank6: 16500
-Rank7: 21000
-Rank8: 26000
-Rank9: 31500

XP-Bonuses in fights (rewards)
The unit which do the last hit/kill is getting the bonus
-Capture Key Building: 100
-Capture Victory Location (Siege): 200
-Kill Lord/Hero: 500
-Kill Faction Leader: 1000
-Addiotional XP per Lord/Hero Level: 10

Increased the stats gained for each rank slightly
-slightly more accuracy-gain than vanilla for ranged units
-bit more melee attack and defence
->Vanilla for Rank 9 Spearmen: +6MA/+12MD
->XP Overhaul Rank 9 Spearmen: +10MA/+20MD
(The gain is a percentage, so it can be a bit more or less depending on the Base MA/MD)
-slightly more leadership-gain than vanilla

XP can only be aquired by fighting or training
I negated all effects of edicts, lord skills, buildings or whatever could give units
ranks.
-Every unit will begin with rank 0!


With this changes it's finally worth it and feels more "right" when a unit gets to elite (or near to)
I'am open for ideas and suggestions. Feedback generally

Is there any chance to port this to 3? I know its a big ask and its probably no.

I'd just like to say, it's possibly the single best mod for the game. I never play WH2 without it. In vanilla I never grow any attachment to my armies. It does my nut in how other lords can recruit 9 chevron doom stacks as well.

I'm not sure I would have to investigate the tables and options regarding hero levels.
I fear that there is no global modifier like for units, which is needed to do it AND keep
it highly compatible. Otherwise it would be a lot of work and would break with every change / overhaul....

it shouldn't please report if you encounter some bugs. I will test it as soon as possible but I'm not really playing WHII right now. (waiting for SFO Update)

Hypothetically, if someone who speaks 'the computer' just about good enough to distinguish the front and back end would want to alter the xp values from this mod, how would this person be advised to get enuff savage smarts to understand the raw binary bonanza, AKA which tables to edit and what to edit them with?
