Goon's Insanely Mind-Boggling Darkness Override

This override is designed to show a distinctive -edge- to magical darkness effects, added from the vault to the Workshop.

Uploaded for a friend who plays on a PvP server where this override was recommended, because he cannot figure out how to add Overrides from neverwinter vault oldschool style because he's computer illiterate. :-P

The alterations are otherwise similar to those provided on Neverwinter Vault:

Edit notes:
I should note that adding this border to the darkness effect does NOT in ANY WAY allow you to evade or 'cheat' the game engine-effects of darkness. If you walk through it: You still disappear to other people who are not standing in melee range to people, etc.
