My Snowfall city. Not as much work has gone into this as my other city, although I am still proud of this one.

Requires Snowfall (duh) and Parklife.

This is the city in which I unlocked the Medical Center, so... uh... It's been through the ringer, to say it lightly. Be gentle to my cims. They've had to endure 50% unemployment, 50% crime rate, and toxic drinking water.

No mods required to load the city.
