Cameron's Roman Changes

Description
My first mod! It changes the localizations of Greek and Roman cultures to something a little more accurate! counts, viceroys, the byzantine empire and the restored roman empire now have name changes depending on whether your greek (I changed the culture name of greek to Romaikos but I'm not sure that is accurate yet) or Latin Roman

Immediate plans are:
-Finish byzantine culture group
-Make the Exarchates special titles similar to the new Principality of Antioch and Archduchy of Austria since they have been replaced by the Katepano title
-change the hellenic greek title of chief to something else
-fix mistakes
-add more roman translations besides the Regnum Romanum, Imperium Romanum, and Imperium Romanum Orientalis localizations

Some ideas that are slightly bigger:
-mechanics for the Latin Empire to replace the Byzantine Empire de jure
-A decision for a powerful byzantine empire to reject the theme system and return to the province system of the early ERE
-Imperial Elective for other empires through a decision/war

BIG BOI ideas
-Alternate history start day where a feudal rex rules in Rome with eyes on restoring the Western Empire as a medieval state with althistory titles and events, not just time traveling WRE in 1066.

Credits: Couldn't have done this without the help of Killerbee256's More dynamic cultural names mod and my friend omega20056!

Hey everyone, I'll be out of town starting tomorrow and just started a new job so I'll be able to work on and patch the mod when I get back this weekend!
