Cylostra leads the Sirens of Stromfels

Description
"The Drowned" is just such a stupid name. So I got rid of it. And replaced it with the 'Sirens of Stromfels.'
With an s, whoops!

This doesn't affect long winded text found in missions or others (eg her faction intro text on the loading screen), mostly because the modding tools confused me with disappearing text. But it will change the faction name.

(No DLC neccessary!)

I really like this, feels a lot more appropriate since her army roster isnt just undead Bretonnian units like Mouslison. Theyre Syreens! Singers

Should be update for the Skaven/LM DLC etc? Let me know if it isn't as I kinda don't know how this works. :P I clicked the "update" button and it said it was updated, sooo :p

Doesn't work in Mortal Empires --> they still show up as 'The Drowned' when you hit 'end-turn'.
