Now refills surface, underground and asteroid deposits automatically if you have Below and Beyond DLC (not necessary to use this mod).

Deposit Auto Refill is a mod that scans your planetary deposits and if they are nearly depleted, it will refill those deposits.
Deposit Auto Refill checks five times a sol for low deposits.
You can change the amount of times per so the mod checks for refills from 2 to 5 using Mod Config Reborn.
The mod will post a notification on the screen telling you when/if the refill happened.

The mod also adds an Available Deposits enumerator to the Information Panels of all extractors.

You can click on the notification and it will cycle through all the deposits that where refilled, if you want to see them.

1. Water
   
2. Concrete
   
3. Metals
   
4. Precious Metals
   
5. Rare Minerals (asteroid)

Warning
If you noticed your deposits drying up, then you are extracting faster then the time check.
This mod is not watching constantly. It only checks at the interval period and only for deposits lower than the percent set. Adjust these two settings accordingly for your playstyle.

Deposits get refilled if/when the check happens and the deposit is lower than the percent setting. These can be changed in Mod Config options.
With Mod Config Reborn installed, you can change some of the options for notifications, as well as turn off refilling any of the deposits the mod checks.

Mod Config settings are saved per game and are defaulted on new games so you can have individual settings for every game you play.

Note about asteroids: The amout is so small you could easily run out and loose the deposit if the check did not complete in time.
To prevent that I suggest changin the precent to sat least 30% and 5 times a day.
