Blue Noctilus

Description
I always liked the artwork for Noctilus. I am trying to get his in game appearance closer to that.

So blue skin, all red eyes, and a touch of green in his hair.

I haven't edited his unit card/porthole image to reflect the changes yet; I am still tweaking his apperance and will do that last when I am satisfied. Right now it is a lot of back and forth, loading up the game, exiting and changed how blue he actually is.

The eyes are finished and I think I have the skin where I want it to be, though I am going to step away from it for a few days and then see how I feel once I look at it again.
I am going to increase the saturation of his red hat a bit and may or may not touch the armor.

Then, finally, the unit card portrait and this is finished.

@Dark side I'm pretty sure that the bluish hue is just artistic liberty on the part of whomever painted Noctilus, but I like it want it to be in the game.

He isn't really blue, but really dark pale I like eyes with no pupils, something that Skaven should have as well.

Thanks for the suggestions, but it says right in the description that he is too blue, and that it is a matter of tweaking to get it right. @seeding, selecting the color directly (I can do that striaght in Photoshop, so Chrome extensions are not necessary) doesn't work, as TWW2 washes out all of the colors, so they don't match up exactly to hues in the DDS file.

I'm not sure how easy this is to implement with graphical changes such as these, but have you tried using the color picker chrome extension to get the RGB/HLSA colours directly from your source image for use in your edits?

in the picture it is not really so blue and a darker blue, so it seems that of the xman: P
