This is a .png pack for addon called ''tex stickers'' which is a [PAID] Addon that can be installed on some Dark RP or some other server. In order to see and use this decals you have to run a server with Tex Stickers installed.

Other then that, the stickers quality is awesome and doesnt affect fps whatsoever. Also doesn't necessary need to be installed, just throw this into addons folder and that's about it. I have some other things in my profile, but I left gmod quite a long time.
