Combined Syndicates' Flag Mod (Totalist)

Description
Made a different version of the Combined Syndicates flag for when they become the Commonwealth of America or the Totalist Union.

Also made a Totalist Soviet flag for fun, done in a constructivist style to symbolize
a modern united culture FOR THE WORLD!

@𒇻𒃲 𒀭𒀫𒌓 May do it in future but I find Syndicalists more interesting then Totalists, so it may just be a Syndicalist flag used for Totalists too.

Could you make a replacement flag for a totalist germany? Because that GDR flag gets really annoying and is sucked dry.

And if possible: Please don´t use the Black, Red, Yellow flag.
