Adds almost all available civilization powers, units and buildings to Russia.

Improves start location selection for Russia.

In the update from 1.11.2018 Kongo ability that prevented founding a religion was removed from Russia abilities.

Leader UI is broken because it could not display all the Russian civilization features but it does not affect the game.

This is lite version it requires only Rise and Fall DLC (should also works on vanilla version without any DLCs). Check for full mod version if you want more units and powers.

Don't use both Lite and Full versions same time.
