Description
This mod aims to
- Make Maritime have more synergies with trade and colonization
- Make Naval more attractive allround and giving some land-warfare relevant bonuses
- Free "Admirals" from both groups
- Some nerfs, some (possible OP) boosts?
- Rewrite of AI prioritization of these groups ...

NEW AI PRIORITIES

Naval - will be a likely choice in early-midgame for countries with many ports relative to provinces and especially island nations

Maritime will be a likely pick for small-medium states with some ports and "signature countries" especially after global trade has been embraced

I think there must be ideas that improves naval leader maneuver and heavy ship combat abilities and reduces moral hit on ship lost, otherwise you just can't beat GB/Portuguese Navy.

Maybe i am boring, but i dont like that you get less ships with this mods than you would in vanilla, unless you are a very small nation. Otherwise it looks interesting.

Questions of the day - what is most appropriate for "merchant marine" getting +1 merchant or a bump +20%(?) to trade ship power ... ?
