As civilian, you try to survive and call for rescue using a satellite antenna during a zombie apocalypse!

As crew of a NATO destroyer during a zombie apocalypse, your task is to investigate radio signals and save survivors while searching for the cure!

As DUMBrella corp mercenary, your task is to shut off this mess by killing every witness and recover the lost cure!

The mission is persistant, the position of the signals and the cure its randomly selected every round, so never match is the same to the previous one. the land is full of infected that will hunt players, only safe heaven is the NATO destroyer in the sea!
can be played in SP, COOP, TvT .

My pleasure. I have a LOT of ideas but no skills to implement it... I would like to see an Escape and Survival mission one day with an alien invasion and throw in a bunch of other horror elements... like animal / human adbduction, animal or human mutilation, alien experiements which lead to zombies and other kinds of weird nasties...dumbrella trying to capture the alien tech for their own good, a small resistance force fighting the alien invaders, civilians randomly arming themselves from fallen soldiers to stay alive, bandits just looting of course, and survivers trying to get the heck out of there...

Would be cool to see the survivors break out of an alien abduction compound, try to find a way to communicate to the incoming NATO or CSAT assault force for pickup, while fending off everything else.

Not really sure why such a mission does not exist yet since many of what I mentioned already does as individual missions.

i should give more love to SP.....in fact this mission has thinked mainly for MP (even if played alone, it runs better on MP) ...but seeing so many people liking SP i will give some more polishing!

I started playing this in SP so some comments:

When I first spawn, I die immediately due to some explosion. Then when I change over to one of the AI, he dies. Until the 3rd AI.
Second, are the vipers supposed to spawn in front us?
Third: When changing the to another AI, I can selection from almost 40+ of the units... including the bluefor rescue team. Is this the way the mission is supposed to start in SP?

Atmosphere and story seems good... I play mostly Escape, Zombie and Sci-Fi missions so you can use the concept in the future to perhaps have the civilians start captured in a compound with guards (dumbrella) or hiding in a hotel or hangar due to the Zombie apocalypse instead an open field (unsure why we were there to start...) to create a better introduction.

Chernarus Redux is a great map to start. I suggest other really good maps like Namalsk in the future.

sure, it can be done,...but honestly i think that civilians should feel fear from the start...
maybe just delay it a bit ?

Good concept but can we get safezones for spawns? I spawned and had about 20 zombies rush me as soon as I was in the game, no time to even see what was going on lol.
