Magic deck

Description
The Magic Deck is a passive item that can be found in shops. If Isaac has the magic deck and he uses a card he will gain homing and continuum for the remainder of the room. If the magician card is used Isaac will still gain continuum along with half of a heart.

I feel like it should give each card a new special ability as well with the old. That'd be awesome
