You may also need to open the mod folder (steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\1545160307) and copy the 1.3 folder. Name the copy 1.4.

I've been using this with 1.4 with no issues. It appears you can safely ignore the mod version mismatch until the owner updates the about.xml to include 1.4.
