Due to the new patch that delete the Old type Metro Rail and replace it with an entirely new one. That force every asset that use the Old Metro Rail become broken, inclue MOM dependency (not really the MOM it self). Now there are 2 temporary option:
1. Replace all Metro old rail into Train rail which it was in the first place (Most Metro Rail Overhaul is from Train)
2. Replace all old Metro rail with the new one, but it's limited to those asset using 1 lane Rail which the Vanilla Metro doesn't have.
Yes, I understand and have encountered the error myself. However, this is an issue that is due to the latest update, and if I did not interpret it wrongly, Metro Overhaul mod is affected and they have to update their mod first, as I rely on their single lane metro tracks (which is not available in vanilla)
As you can see for yourself, metro overhaul's metropolitan depot is affected.

@bitsaul: I'm not sure if regular monorail supports island platforms, I need to check though.
Have you tried adding the 4 lane avenue in the asset inside asset editor and save the asset?
I think it should work. The assets will include the road. Then It should feels like a whole package, without the need to use road anarchy to place it inside the game. (But you(asset creator) will still need road anarchy to place the road inside the asset editor)
I have not tested it yet tho. Just a idea i've been thinking about.
