Description
This adds the ability to change Volcanic worlds into Barren, and the ability to turn any world into a Volcanic paradise for the Silicoids. It was designed for the Tech Tree Rebuild mod uploaded by derKoMaN to Steam. Please let me know if you have any issues with it.
