Have sex acts isn't always going to get you removed either. Look at the one item in my workshop. The title even SAYS it's a sex act to anyone that is familiar with the term paizuri. But my thumb is not suggestive at all and it's properly denoted as Mature rating.

ya the biggest (or atleast very fast and autoamted) way to get a wallpaper flagged as inapproprate is the thumbnail. one of the rules for uploading is that the thumbnail must be approprate and or censored, no matter the maturity rating of the wallpaper.

Posts are flagged by the wallpaper engine bot and removed consequently. Thus there might have been a mistake. As long as it did not contain sexual acts, semen, loli hentai you should send a support ticket.

it could depend on the content of the images you used, nudity by itself isnt against the rules. if your images had any form of sexuality it may have broken a rule but im not sure.
