Battle in the Base Tank Theme

Description
Changes the regular Tank theme to "Battle in the Base" from Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Does not change the concert songs in the last chapter of Dark Carnival.

Make sure cheats are on or else it won't work.
