This is a rebalanced shrekzooka with cvar customisation

ois_shrekzooka_ammo (2) - number of shots
ois_shrekzooka_scale (0.2) - size of shrek
ois_shrekzooka_gravity (0.3) - how fast shrek falls
ois_shrekzooka_player_base_damage (700) - base damage when hitting a player, falls off over distance
ois_shrekzooka_terrain_base_damage (70) - base damage when hitting a wall/floor, falls off over distance
ois_shrekzooka_player_radius (1200) - base radius when hitting a player, more damage dealt closer to the center
ois_shrekzooka_terrain_radius (500) - base radius when hitting a wall/floor, more damage dealt closer to the center
