CS-2 Sea-Train

Description
The Cargo Seaplane 2 "Sea-Train" Has a top speed of over 100m/s, and can go from the bottom of the map to the top in the time it took me to paint it, and still make it back. PID keeps it very stable, and can carry 200k resource, sits a bit low with the extra resources containers but has no affect on gameplay, has minor repair capabilities. the white stripe has been shown to increase speed by 0.2m/s.
