Mazda MX-5 Miata NC Soft Top

This is a 2006 Mazda MX-5 Miatat NC or 3rd generation Miata. It might not be quite as iconic as the first gen NA Miata but it is a more solid and well put together vehicle as far as performance is concerned. The third generation MX-5 came with a 2.0L I4 engine producing 170bhp. Weighing only around 2500lbs it has good power to weight ratio and is somewhat quick despite its low horsepower, reaching 60 mph in just 6.5 seconds. It has a top speed of 132mph. It also has perfect 50/50 weight distribution between front and rear axles, a fact that has made it legendary for its handling. Sure, a big American V8 muscle car can smoke it in a straight line race but take it back to the twisties and its no contest.
This version comes with an after-market rollover bar, a common first mod required for track day. It also has a quick drop top made possible by a single latch enabling the driver to operate it with one hand.
Functionaity:
Alt+a/d to open doors
Alt+pgup/pgdn to raise and lower the top
Working steering wheel
J for 4 way flashers
Q for fog lamps
L for headlights
Note: If the top gets stuck, alternate pgup and pgdn and it should seat/retract properly.

I made this build in rememberance of my 2006 NC Miata that was sadly lost to a snap oversteer incident involving wet roads and heavy fog.
