Description
Nerfed the commonly joked about “Not overpowered at all” skill “Tentacle Lash” while increasing the damage of bull horns and oily blob; decreased a couple of other less used skills’ costs to put them into play a bit more often.


-Tentacle Lash damage reduced by 15%
-Increased bull horns damage by 15%
-Heart of Steel cost reduced to 1 AP
-Increased Oily Blob initial damage from 70% to 85%
-Equalize cost reduced to 1 AP

lash isnt that great tbh... the highest damaging attack in the game is that shrapnel thing that increases in damage with higher armor. The scaling with armor is quite stupid, can get a 12x damage buff easily.

Starting damage for tentacle lash is definitely broken when paired with a proper build. You can easily 1-2 shot enemy characters, and with the application of the second best CC in the game, it's Polymorph's second star child.
When changed to Int scaling it definitely makes it feel weaker, as the skill can wipe an enemy's armor clean off with 10-15% extra damage when used in a proper warfare build, especially early game/pre Nameless Isle.

Is tentacle lash really that good damage wise tho ?
I mean i don't know much of it been using a mod that changes the scaling to int and with 60int it did about 200-300 damage seems pretty weak
