Hearts of Anime: Random Country Placement

Description
Combines Hearts of Anime with Random Country Placement. No need to activate any of the two mods. Just activate this one and you are good to go!!

Quick reminder that units will not move around. This is a HOI IV thing and while i did try to fix it by looking through the rmap event, the only way to fix it is by launching a game, saving and reloading that save. That way, units from the AI will move again.

Sorry for not responding sooner, but i do hope to work on it later again when i finish my current projects. I will however, prioritize the mod in case of needing a patch for any new HOI IV update. Blessings!

Thanks for the mod. Would it be possible to do a quick fix to include tank & plane designer stuff with the random technologies that nations get? Having only pure infantry armies on the map until mid to late game can get a bit repetitive. If you could do this, I would really appreciate it. :steamthumbsup:
