High Low Reverse Gearbox with Clutch

Description
Logic for a High/Low/Reverse gearbox and neutral on a single lever.

Make sure your throttle lever is set with a range on -1 to 2.99. The number before the decimal is your current gear, where 0 is neutral, and anything below 0 is reverse
