Novam Vocem v2

Description
Novam Vocem, A New Sound: audio mod for Crusader Kings II
+=======================================================+
The aim of this mod is to replace most or all vanilla ck2 sounds with (subjectively) more pleasant, immersive or epic ones.
This is mainly done by going for a real orchestral and choral sound trying to capture the medieval spirit. No more synths or harsh low quality noise. Also sounds that become annoying after hearing them very frequently (like the priority tab, births and deaths) get special attention.

Why v2 ? Ck2 <-> Steam workshop integration is making it a pain in the ass to update a mod after a few years of inactivity. Uploading a 'new' version was the only way to get everything working properly again. Hope to be able to find the time to replace some more sounds in coming updates.

Version 0.3
============
Replaced following sounds:
- techview
- techview2
- diplomacyview (This is a very annoying 'writing' sound in vanilla)
- newdiplomaticproposal
- menuclick
- enforcing_peace_realm_01

Version 0.2
============
-Minor changes to make it compatible with version 2.8.3.3

Version 0.1
============
-First release

In this initial version the most frequently heard alerts are all replaced.
As it has been mostly tested with the in game music on low volumes (and usually with custom sound tracks or even silence) it might need some adjusting. In a later version I'll try to make it work better when having all the audio settings on default with the vanilla music.

-Child birth and character death now will announce themselves with a short choir fragment (Vita and Requiem respectively)
-Changed the "choose country" sounds in the start screen to more appropriate ones (no synth sounds in medieval times)
-The "character event", priority tab messages and the alerts on top of the screen are replaced with less harsh (and arguably less anoying) sounding ones that should blend better into the atmosphere of the game.
-War declarations now are announced with the necessary bombast. Also the battles won and lost alerts are replaced (only will play when having them on high alert settings)
-"Ruler succession" sound is replaced with a more appropriate and dramatic one
-Religion tab has a much more immersive,longer,realistic and subtle gregorian chant loop
-Replacements of "Building_Completed", "playgame", "quitgame","diplomacy_panel", "event_envelope" and "tutorial_hint"

Thanks for reporting it. Not a lot of time at the moment but when I do I'll look into why this happens.

Same thing as below with great works

Strangely, this mod appears to bug out the ability to rename characters and artifacts.

This is by far the best noise mod, but changing people mumbling would be a great addition.
