Mongol Empire Improvement (Umbra Spherae Submod)

Description
This mod edits the requirements and effects of the Genghis Khan achievement ( spawns in an army of 10.000 troops), it edits the Mongol Empire after the death of the great khan, it makes the requirement for nomad invasions a bit easier to achieve and it makes the Anchuhu (the Jin dynasty) a feudal instead of a nomadic realm. All of these things are changed in order to let the player experience a far more satisfying campaign as the great Temujin.

The recommended start dates are:

1 January 1196 as the Khangai
1 January 1206 as Genghis Khan
1 january 1228 as any of the Mongol Khanates
