This isn't very difficult and anyone who knows about the "properties" tab will have no problem.
There isn't much to explain beforehand so let's just jump in!

You do this by going to your steam library, right clicking QBeh in the games list, and selecting "Properties". EZ-PZ.

Then, click the tab that says "BETAS".

From there, you will see a drop-down menu. Select the option "1. 1. 3a-"
After setting this, you will see that something is downloading!
This will put your game in a different, older version of the game.

Look at the bottom left corner of your screen for the game's version. If it says "1. 1. 3a" then you're all good!

The rest is really simple!!

After doing so, just jump off of the map or die (doesn't matter how you do it). And then quit the game immediately after. Don't have too much time between your death and when you quit since it's supposed to be a "rage quit". Not a "Die-And-Play-For-A-While quit".

You should see the "Rage Quit" achievement in your list of achievements!!

After that, I'd recommend going back into betas and setting the drop-down back to "None- Opt out of all beta programs". I don't know if having the game being older will have any major, consequential effects on your game, but who would want to play an older version of a game? Only to get achievements in this case.
