NPA ORCA

Description
The NPA ORCA is part of the Submarine division, differing greatly from the other unanounced Sub in the NPA's hands. The ORCA has one fire hose and two weather measurement insturments. It may not be the fastest or the most versitile, but the ORCA is capable of waiting out unfavorable conditions.

Autopilot, to get where you what with out lifting a finger
Autodepth, to maintain a certin depth with out having to babysit the craft
