@ZeroOne You can't. You'll have to use other mods (such as WSR or Template Editor, and other ones) to do that.

How can I change the ini to get only one weapon when building them (like medikits f.e.)?

Was there ever a way to make the full weapon sounds match the different tiers? You can change the projectile effects and sounds, but the reload animation still play the different sounds for magnetic/plasma etc.
