Unfortunately, the short answer is no. Sadly when it comes to create your own team there are no cheats or shortcuts for people like us!
Modding for MM works via altering pre-existing database files and until you make a custom team, they don’t exist to be edited. To get what you want, you would have to mod in your own custom team from scratch.
Making a whole team is convoluted though. It’d be much easier to modify an existing team and change its name, description etc in the files. But that's still lots more work than altering some digits in a single file like I have done for most of these mods.
Still, if that is something you're interested in doing, there are some useful guides to modding MM here on Steam and some other resources available on the MM website. You need to download a specific version of Unity (for free) to get access to the files the game uses for modding, but after that it's just a case of tinkering until you get the results you want.
