Description
Implements changes to Catherine's Russia.

UNIQUE ABILITY: IMPERIAL INSTRUCTIONS
  • Cities occupied by a Great Person gain +5% Building Production and expand upon completing a Building.
  • These bonuses are doubled during a 'We Love the King' Day.

UNIQUE UNIT: COSSACK
  • Replaces the Cavalry.
  • Gains +33% Combat Strength while fighting wounded units.

UNIQUE BUILDING: FINISHING SCHOOL
  • Replaces the Public School.
  • Yields +2 Happiness.
  • Costs no maintenance and provides +10% Great Person generation when built in a City with a Guild.

Nonsense! The Cossacks single-handedly took squads and platoons prisoner (1st World War), and then there was a "bonus against the wounded"! Stick your opus in your anus, you melancholy woodpecker ...

I had to change my gameplay style, and I enjoyed it. Although I still miss the production bonuses, but other than that its a great revision of Catherine, and I cant wait for the other civilizations to be revised.
