[ G.F.E. ] C-5 Voyagen Exploration / Patrol Ship [ VANILLA ]

THe Charlie Class type 5 Voyagen Exploration and Patrol Ship is focused on exploring systems and patrolling for hostile ships. Packed with six gatling turrets to defend itself against fighters, the ship's main focus is getting in and out of areas.

These ships are usually the first into the field.

Developed by Black Perdue Ship Building Corporation for the Galactic Federation Empire, these fighters show promise of use in newly discovered alien environments. After the destruction of the G.F.E. fleets, a new fleet had to be created. This Patrol Vessel is just a small sliver of what the Galactic Federation Empire are bringing to the galactic table.


Side note --

I'm actually quite happy with this build. I spent quite some time on it. The original design was part of a half/half ship building challenge my friend and I had. My portion was the front of this ship. I ripped the head off of the ship and built off of it. For the side thruster pack at the pack, i took the back off of my C-4 Sakesuka Wartime Frigate, which helps make it look nice.

The ship is inspired off of startrek ships. I like the old spaceship look and I incorporated it into this design. Plus, it's completely vanilla and semi-survival ready. (Insert some oxygen generators/airvents and better piping)
