Spray a special paint on the floor and give it a Cooling / heating effect.
Caution If you try to make it in a place with furniture, you will dismantle the furniture!

You can paint any floor, but the beauty and cleanliness remains the original floor.
It is also possible to place objects on it and to put furniture.
You can remove it by specifying it in Deconstruct.
Research is necessary for manufacturing.

· A bit Cooling Floor Paint
The minimum temperature is plus 5 degrees.

· Cooling Floor Paint
The minimum temperature is minus 15 degrees.

· Too much Cooling Floor Paint
The minimum temperature is minus 200 degrees.

· Warmth Floor Paint
The maximum temperature is plus 25 degrees.

· Burning heat Floor Paint
The maximum temperature is plus 400 degrees.

Stumbled onto this looking for flooring that would make snow melt. Thought I'd note: 'maximum' and 'minimum' are inverted in the descriptions. Cold makes sure the maximum temperature is lower, hot makes the minimum temperature higher.
