Quantum Computer in the Mall

This is a combine mod.

This mod takes the Quantum Computer from the scenario and puts it in the Shopping Mall in the custom game. It's a copy of the original Quantum Computer except I put this in the Possessions category while the original is in the Scenario category so the 2 items should be seperate. I made some changes. It can break and it can be stolen. It costs as much as a normal computer.
