Description

NOTE: Updated for 1.4. Unless stated in the comments this mod should be compatible with current and future versions. The only way this mod will break is if something fundamentally changes with pack mules. If there are any issues please let me know.

Ever wondered why your not so bright, cannon fodder Alpaca's are able to carry your caravan's supplies but your super intelligent Thumbro can't? It doesn't make sense! That's why this mod extends pack animal capabilities to apply to other larger animals. Currently the mod extends the following animals.

Supported Animals

- Bears (Grizzly & Polar)
- Cow
- Megasloth
- Pig
- Thrumbo
- Rhinoceros

Compatibility

- Existing save compatible
- Can safely remove (I would recall all caravan's first!)
- Low mod conflict chance if loaded last (Reminder: Load me last!)
- Want a custom animal added? Leave a comment with a link to the mod, and I'll look into it!

This mod was 100% inspired by Dragoon_103's Packified Animals mod. While no resources were directly taken from his / her mod, this mod wouldn't exist without his / her idea and general approach. If he / she requests that I take this mod down, I will respectfully do so!

of the new large animals only the Mastodon is packable

looking at the context of the other packable animals I feel like the Musk Ox, Greatwolf and Moose would make good pack animals? Also maybe the Hive Queen?

I think that Alpha Thrumbos are the only Vanilla animal that i know of that got added, but maybe some of the Anomaly creatures (if any of them are tameable, this is my first Anomaly playthrough

It’s been a years since I modified this mod but I can look into Alpha Thrumbos. What other currently non-packable animals should be looked into?

Hey, even with this mod the Alpha Thrumbos from Odessy still dont have carry weight, even when thrumbos do. Is it possible to add them?

Updated to 1.6. No major changes in the way pack animals work so no changes required.

Hi, i would like to add the Ibex Does/Rams to the pack animals, but i am not so good in modding. Would add or explain how i can add. Tried to understand the downloaded mod but failed
