Cyberpunk city Clock night

Description
A cyberpunk theme that i created for my own desktop, maybe some of you like it and want to use it. This is a web-based wallpaper and it uses html,css and javascript for the clock and grid design.

Would it be possible for you to update this and add some rain effects? i would do it myself however i dont even know where to start.
